I heard about this "tapping" on a radio show I was listening to once. You can do it in the car on the way to work...just keep a hand on the wheel. ps. it doesn't really work but I keep trying it.
You crack me up. I'm going to keep trying it too. It's better than nothing (at least I hope).
I was just talking with a relation about this at our Turkey Bowl on Thursday. I've also been to a mini-training on it. I think there's potential there, even if it seems way on the whacky side.The favorite piece of info I got from her was that if you wear a patch over one eye while doing something generally stressful, it can become less stressful. I'm totally going to buy two pirate patches so dh and I can wear them when we try to plan our next todo lists. If nothing else, we will laugh at each other enough that the tension will have to decrease! As a fair warning, if anybody ever comes across us with our patches on, they can know we put them on to avoid whatever stress they bring. :)
I wonder if they'll let me wear a patch to work?
